Delivery then runs about six to eight business days in the United States, and five to six in the United Kingdom and in Canada. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves us.

Shipping is charged per order at checkout: it starts at $10.49 in the US, $6.99 in the UK and $11.39 in Canada for the first item, with a smaller rate for each additional piece in the same order. Framed prints come in 11x14, 16x20, 18x24 and 24x36 inches, and each size is available with a black, white or red oak frame. The Tidal Series is sold unframed in 8x10, 11x14, 12x16, 16x20 and 18x24 inches so you can frame it your own way. If you are unsure, measure the wall first and size up rather than down. A print that is slightly too big almost always looks better than one that is slightly too small.

We print on museum-quality matte paper sourced from Japan, at 189 gsm and 10.3 mil thickness with 94 percent opacity. It is a heavyweight art stock rather than a poster paper, so it stays flat behind glass and holds fine detail without showing through. Framed pieces are hand assembled and arrive with fittings included, ready to hang.

Yes! Every framed print arrives assembled with the hanging fittings already attached, so nothing extra is needed. It's simple to install the hanging material. Unframed pieces from the Tidal Series ship flat and protected, ready for a frame of your choosing.

High Water, Ebb and Flow are three original gouache paintings on cold-pressed watercolour paper, painted by hand and then professionally scanned so every brushstroke and paper texture is preserved exactly as painted. The series came from the idea that grief moves the way water does, rising, receding and returning. They can be bought individually or as a complete three-piece set.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, as long as the item comes back unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Email us at minimalhome100@gmail.com to start a return and we will send you a label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and email us straight away with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will evaluate it and put it right, either with a replacement or a refund. This applies equally if the wrong item turns up.
